Ces mini-motos pour enfant sont apparues au Salon de Milan 1975. Ces " répliques " de MV 500 4 cylindres de Grand Prix, étaient motorisées par un petit moteur Franco Morini à embrayage centrifuge. Elles étaient disponibles en roues de 8 ou 10 pouces. La légende dit que Phil Read aurait été à l'initiative de ce projet, réclamant une replica de sa machine pour son fils, Pip. Est-ce vrai ? La seule certitude est que la société Phil Read International a importé quelques exemplaires de ces mini-motos et qu'elles ont été exposées au " Racing and Sporting Show " de Londres en 1976. Il existe également une photo où Read, assis sur une de ces machines, est verbalisé par deux agents de la circulation.

These mini-motorbikes for kids were introduced at the Milan Show in 1975.
